
BOSTON-Developer Meredith Management is expecting to start construction on the Fenway Center development in the Massachusetts Turnpike within this year. The $450-million, 1.3-million-square-foot project was delayed due to a zoning lawsuit, but the suit was dismissed on Tuesday.
The first phase of the project will comprise 420 apartments, 1,000 parking spaces and 60,000 square feet of retail space.
