IRVING, TX-Flowserve Corp. will retain its headquarters at 5215 N. O'Conner Blvd. in Las Colinas. The Irving-based company has decided to renew its long-term lease deal for 125,106 square feet of space at The Towers at Williams Square.
The company, which has over 320 corporate employees, occupies four floors in the 1.4-million-square-foot office complex. Atlanta-based The Brookdale Group recently bought Williams Square.
