ALBANY, NY-A development team is getting ready to revive a long-stalled hotel project in Clifton Park in the Albany, New York area. The team is preparing to start construction on a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel at 1740 Route 9.

The Clifton Park project was approved in 2008 by town officials. The Planning Board will consider a new site plan approval for the 108-room extended-stay hotel. If approved, the construction work will begin this year and will be completed in 2013. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
