GEORGETOWN, TX-Wolf Ranch Shopping Center in Georgetown has secured two new tenants.

GEORGETOWN, TX-Wolf Ranch Shopping Center in Georgetown has secured two new tenants. Gold's Gym has signed a lease for 16,522 square feet and Spec's Liquor has signed a lease for 10,696 square feet at the retail center located at 1015 W. University Ave.

In the lease deals, Gold's Gym was represented by Edge Realty Partners' Daren Nix and Spec's Liquor was represented by Jody Detmore. Edge Realty Partners also represented the owner in both deals. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
