CHICAGO-GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH has listed an office building measuring 380,360 square feet at 6250 N. River Road in Rosemont on the market for sale. The German investor has tapped Colliers International to market the 12-storty office building.
The property, called One O'Hare Centre, was constructed in 1986. It is 94% leased to tenants including Reyes Holdings LLC. GLL bought the Rosemont building in 2006. The company has not set any asking price for the building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
