
OAKWOOD, OH-Oakwood city leaders have approved a new $12-million assisted living facility on West Schantz Avenue. Oakwood Investment Group LLC has received the approval to construct the Sugar Camp Assisted Living Facility in Oakwood.
The 128-unit facility will come up on a 1.5-acre land and will measure over 86,000 square feet. Dayton-based Earl Reeder Associates is the architect. Shaker Heights-based Senior Living Solutions Group will manage the project. Construction is expected to start this fall and will be completed in 2014.
