WINSTON-SALEM, NC-Samet Corp. is planning to build 205 apartments beside the 48.7-million BB&T Ballpark in downtown Winston-Salem. The 200,000-square-foot multifamily property will come up on 2.7 acres of land west of Peters Creek Parkway between Park Circle and West First Street.
The proposed plan calls for 205 single-, double- and triple-bedroom apartments as well as clubhouse, a pool and 351 parking spaces.
