MIAMI-Swire Properties is preparing to build Brickell CitiCentre, a six-building project between South Miami Avenue and Brickell Avenue in Miami. The company has obtained $140 million in credit facility from HSBC Bank USA to finance the development.
Brickell CitiCentre, to be developed in two phases, will include three office buildings, 520,000 square feet of retail shops, a 243-room hotel with 93 serviced apartments and two residential towers.
