JOLIET, IL-Wilton Industries Inc. has leased nearly 493,000 square feet of space at a warehouse property at 21228 Frontage Road in Shorewood. The company has inked a seven-year lease with a fund managed by Clarion Partners for the industrial space at the 1-million-square-foot building.
