
COLLEGE PARK, MD-The Gazette reported that the Prince George's County Planning Board has approved a site plan to construct three office structures at the M-Square complex in College Park. The approval has cleared the way for Corporate Office Properties Trust's project.
Corporate Office Properties Trust is developing the 13.4-acre property in collaboration with the University of Maryland.
