
PARIS-Lilly France has inked a long-term lease with the Hines European Value Added Fund for 74,500 square feet of office space at the Riva building in Paris. The pharmaceutical company will occupy the entire seven-story building on the Ile de Jatte in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
The company will relocate into its new headquarters in Q2 2012. HEVAF was advised by Lacourte-Balas-Raquin and Lilly France was advised by Herbert Smith. CBRE represented the tenant and the owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
