
HONOLULU-The blueprint for the second phase of Kauai's Princeville, proposed by developer Jeff Stone, will include additional 400 homes on the North Shore. The developer has plans to add 400 homes to the already built 3,000 homes during the first phase of the 9,000-acre resort development.
The Garden Island reported that the homes contain 17 ranch sites and a proposed condominium development. The newspaper also stated that Montage Hotels & Resorts has plans to develop a resort hotel beside St. Regis Princeville Resort. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
