BALTIMORE-Downtown Partnership reported that downtown Baltimore will soon get 111 new apartment units. On March 9, the Business Journal reported that developers are turning office properties into apartments.

Maryland Management & Restoration is turning the old Howard Uniform structure at 311 W. Baltimore St. to 18 apartments, the structure at 407 N. Charles St. will have 9 apartments and a 336 St. Paul St. building will have six more units. A $12-million project at 521 Saint Paul St. will provide 78 units.
