SANTA CLARITA, CA-Precision Dynamics Corp.-St. John is moving its San Fernando and Valencia offices to Santa Clarita. The company has leased approximately 44,000 square feet of space at the LNR Entrada Gateway Center for seven years.
Precision Dynamics will move its headquarters into the LNR Entrada Gateway Center early this summer. The company will occupy two floors at the building and will consolidate nearly 250 employees there. LNR Property LLC's Tim Regan said that the 100,000-square-foot building remained vacant since 2008.
