Terraces at Los Altos to Undergo $100M Makeover

LOS ALTOS, CA-Pleasanton-based ABHOW will give a $100-million makeover to its Terraces at Los Altos senior retirement community at 373 Pine Lane in Los Altos.

LOS ALTOS, CA-Pleasanton-based ABHOW will give a $100-million makeover to its Terraces at Los Altos senior retirement community at 373 Pine Lane in Los Altos. The first phase of the senior living community will include 30 skilled nursing suites named The Village and an Alzheimer's and memory care center named The Grove.

The second phase will include 30 assisted living residences dubbed The Lodge and the third phase will include 81 residential living apartments. The first phase will start this week. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
