
NEW YORK CITY-Goldstein Hill & West Architects has signed a lease for 10 years with Bowling Green Associates for 8,500 square feet of space at 11 Broadway. The company, which is currently subleasing an office at 31 W. 27th St., will establish its own space at the 22-story tower situated between Morris Street and Battery Place.
