NEW YORK CITY-Goldstein Hill & West Architects has signed a lease for 10 years with Bowling Green Associates for 8,500 square feet of space at 11 Broadway.

NEW YORK CITY-Goldstein Hill & West Architects has signed a lease for 10 years with Bowling Green Associates for 8,500 square feet of space at 11 Broadway. The company, which is currently subleasing an office at 31 W. 27th St., will establish its own space at the 22-story tower situated between Morris Street and Battery Place.

Asking rent was $37 per square foot. Miyad Realty brokers Abe Saks and Michael Rouzenrouch represented Goldstein Hill, while Braun Management broker Mendy Braun represented the owner. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
