
LONDON-BrandOpus has pre-leased 15,400 square feet of office space at 1 Stephen Street in London from Derwent London. The company will pay GBP 52.50 per square for the 10,100-square-foot space on the ground floor and GBP 21.50 per square foot for the 5,300-square-foot space on the lower ground floor.
