CITRUS HEIGHTS, CA-A Citrus Heights retail center, which has completed its $4-million renovation as well as name change, has added two new tenants. Sprouts Farmers Market and Carter's will occupy space at Citrus Town Center situated at Greenback Lane and Sunrise Boulevard.

Carter's has opened a children's apparel store on March 1 and Sprouts Farmers Market will open a 30,000-square-foot store on Wednesday. Peter P.
