FRANKFURT-HOCHTIEF Solutions' formart, a residential developer, and Wilma Wohnen Sud will start the first phase of Holbeinviertel, a residential quarter in Frankfurt. The project will come up on the old freight railway parcel with a total area of nearly 306,771 square feet.
Starting from this month, 56 condominiums and 19 townhouses will be constructed on the site. Half of the apartments as well as 17 of the independent houses have already been sold.
