CAMBRIDGE, MA-Nine tenants have inked lease deals totaling 100,000 square feet of space at 125 & 150 CambridgePark Drive in Cambridge. The tenants include Keystone, Penton Media, Shack Foods, Shopximity, Thomson Reuters, Vanu, Vertica Systems, Voxware and Whole Foods.

Equity Office purchased the two properties, which comprise 438,821 square feet of space, for $81.5 million in 2011. CB Richard Ellis/NE, Cushman Wakefield, Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, Newmark Knight Frank and Colliers International were involved in the lease deals.
