RALEIGH, NC-Pennsylvania-based Ollie's Bargain Outlet is opening its first store this summer at the Emporium Plaza retail center in Raleigh. The discount retailer has leased 28,400 square feet at Emporium Plaza situated at the junction of Old Buffaloe Road and Capital Boulevard.
The shopping center was constructed in 1987. Ty Thomas from Lincoln Harris of Raleigh negotiated the lease deal with Ollie's on behalf of the Emporium Plaza owner. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
