LONDON-Orion City Road Trustee Ltd. has obtained Resolution to Grant Planning Permission for the 257 City Road site from Islington Council. The decision will allow Orion to redevelop the City Road Basin site into a 30-story residential tower.
The residential tower will have one- and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses as well as a restaurant, media room, health club, swimming pool and 78 parking spaces.
