PLANO, TX-Plano Data has expanded its space to 116,376 square feet at Plano Business Park situated near the junction of Plano Parkway and Shiloh Road in Plano. The deal has expanded the document storage company's original lease by more than 15%.
KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II bought the property in 2010. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates brokered the lease deal for Plano Data, while Paul Tichacek and Alan Clark brokered the deal for KBS REIT II. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
