Theorem Leases Space at Valley Forge Park Place for New HQ

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-Theorem Clinical Research Inc. has leased 29,000 square feet at Valley Forge Park Place for a new headquarters.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-Theorem Clinical Research Inc. has leased 29,000 square feet at Valley Forge Park Place for a new headquarters. The company has leased the space at 1016 W. Ninth Ave. in King of Prussia for 11 years from Keystone Property Group.

Theorem, which currently located at 630 Allendale Road in King of Prussia, will take the space occupied by Oracle. Beacon Commercial Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis represented Theorem and Keystone, respectively, in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
