CHARLOTTE, NC-AXA Financial Inc. is moving from Ballantyne Corporate Park to Innovation Park in University City.

CHARLOTTE, NC-AXA Financial Inc. is moving from Ballantyne Corporate Park to Innovation Park in University City. The company has leased roughly 140,000 square feet in Innovation Park.

AXA Financial currently leased approximately 170,000 square feet of space in Ballantyne. BECO Management is the owner of Innovation Park and it recently paid $7 million for Charlotte Park. Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both BECO and AXA Financial. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
