
LONDON-McAleer & Rushe, a design-and-build contractor, will break ground on a new IBIS hotel in central Brighton. The nine-story, 140-bedroom hotel will replace the old Grosvenor Casino at 88-92 Queen's Road.
The on-site work will be continued till June 2013. McAleer & Rushe will collaborate with Brighton & Hove City Council during the rehabilitation of the site.
