NEW YORK CITY-A stalled site located at 242 Bedford Ave. will be restored with a New York Sports Club and Whole Foods on the ground floor with apartments on top floors.

NEW YORK CITY-A stalled site located at 242 Bedford Ave. will be restored with a New York Sports Club and Whole Foods on the ground floor with apartments on top floors. Michael Cayre's Midtown Equities together with Alex Adjmi and Bobby Cayre's Aurora Capital acquired the site for $23 million from Yahuda Backer.

Whole Foods will take 9,000 square feet and the New York Sports Club will take 700 square feet on the ground floor and a portion of the second-floor space. For the full story, go to New York Post .
