DALLAS-Wingspan Portfolio Advisors LLC has expanded its operations in Dallas.

DALLAS-Wingspan Portfolio Advisors LLC has expanded its operations in Dallas. The Carrollton-based company has leased 135,000 square feet of space at Gramercy Center South.

The lease deal was negotiated and completed in eight days. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors is taking the entire building at 18451 N. Dallas Parkway. Jones Lang LaSalle's Brooke Armstrong represented Wingspan and Peloton Commercial Real Estate's T.D. Briggs represented Dallas-based Billingsley Co., the landlord, in the lease transaction.
