SCHAUMBURG, IL-Bank of America NA is looking to sell loans on two office buildings in Schaumburg. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based bank has tapped CBRE Inc. to sell the loans.
The buildings include Embassy Plaza at 1933 N. Meacham Road and One Woodfield Lake at 1000 E. Woodfield Road. The bank sued Younan Properties Inc., the owner of Embassy Plaza, last September for about $12 million owed on the property and Alliance Commercial Partners, owner of One Woodfield Lake, in February for $15.7 million owed on the property.
