LISLE, IL-A venture of Skokie-based White Oak Realty Partners LLC has listed a suburban office complex on the market for sale. Chicago-based Fulcrum Asset Advisors LLC and New York-based Angelo Gordon & Co. are the other owners of Central Park of Lisle, a two-building office complex at 3333 Warrenville Road and 4225 Naperville Road in Lisle.

The two buildings, which total approximately 690,000 square feet, are 86% leased. CBRE Inc. has been hired to market the office complex. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
