SAN JOSE, CA-A $10-million mixed-use development in San Jose's Willow Glen district has secured a number of new tenants.

SAN JOSE, CA-A $10-million mixed-use development in San Jose's Willow Glen district has secured a number of new tenants. The 41,000-square-foot development, called Willow Glen Town Square, is expected to be finished by June.

Alex Byer of San Francisco-based Paja Investments LLC is the developer. Ibiss Boutique will take 1,300 square feet and The Sereno Group will occupy additional 1,700 square feet at the complex.
