LONDON-St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London has closed GBP 67 million in refinancing. The five-star hotel, situated beside the St. Pancras International Eurostar Terminal, has secured the new funding from RBS and Barclays Corporate.

The funding will allow the hotel to continue to develop and invest in renowned facilities. The hotel, managed by Marriott, is co-owned by Lord Fink and Manhattan Loft Corporation.
