NASHVILLE-Crescent Resources has started designing a five-story office structure in the Nashville area.

NASHVILLE-Crescent Resources has started designing a five-story office structure in the Nashville area. The Charlotte-based developer will build the 155,000-square-foot office building, known as Two Greenway Centre, in the Cool Springs community.

Besides office space, Two Greenway Centre will have a fitness center and walking trails. Crescent also built One Greenway Centre in Cool Springs in early 2011 and fully leased the property to Jackson National Life Insurance. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
