
BROCKTON, MA-Milton-based Hajjar Managment Co. is planning to spend nearly $18 million to expand The Boulder apartment complex in Brockton. The Patriot Ledger reported that Hajjar is planning to build 156 new apartments at The Boulder, but Michelle DuBois, Brockton City Councilor, is expecting to speak against the development.
