Helios Europe Pre-Leases 272,326 SF to German 3PL Nagel Group

LEIPZIG, GERMANY-Helios Europe, in alliance with EPISO, has pre-leased 272,326 square feet at Direct Link Park Leipzig, a 2,368,060-square-foot center in Leipzig, to German 3PL Nagel Group.

LEIPZIG, GERMANY-Helios Europe, in alliance with EPISO, has pre-leased 272,326 square feet at Direct Link Park Leipzig, a 2,368,060-square-foot center in Leipzig, to German 3PL Nagel Group. The purpose built logistics center, which will be occupied by the Nagel Group, will provide office and logistics space.

The project is underway and the Nagel Group facility is scheduled to be opened in October 2012. Logivest, a German real estate broker, brought in Nagel Group to Direct Link Park Leipzig. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
