
NEW YORK CITY-Il Mulino, a Greenwich Village eatery, is opening a new restaurant in Manhattan. Jerry Katzoff and Steve Raia, the owners of Il Mulino, have leased 1,700 square feet at 37 E. 60th St. from the Estate of Sol Goldman.
The new restaurant will take the former space of a French bistro. Asking rent for the space was $230 per square foot. Brett Weinblatt represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post .
