
NEW YORK CITY-Morgan Stanley is in negotiations to convert a sublease into a direct lease at One New York Plaza. The company currently occupies 800,000 square feet at the 2.6-million-square-foot tower and is subleasing the space from Wells Fargo.
Morgan Stanley is also planning to add roughly 300,000 square feet more at the Brookfield-owned building. The bank's sublease runs through 2015. The building is nearly 75.5% leased to tenants including Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. For the full story, go to New York Post .
