CHICAGO-R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co. is planning to shrink its headquarters in the West Loop by half. The company has put up the 37th- and 38th-floor space at 111 S. Wacker Drive for sublease.
The two floors total little above 54,000 square feet. Donnelley leases approximately 110,000 square feet of space in the building. CBRE Inc. is marketing the space.
