FRANKFURT-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has closed four long-term lease deals totaling approximately 118,403 square feet in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Nuremberg.

FRANKFURT-AXA Real Estate Investment Managers has closed four long-term lease deals totaling approximately 118,403 square feet in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Nuremberg. In Frankfurt, AXA Real Estate has agreed to renew a lease with Nike at its 89,824-square-foot building.

Stella Marine Services GmbH & Co. KG. and HC Hanseatic Consult Starke & Partner Wirtschaftsprufer und Steuerberater have taken 6,200-square-foot each in the Vespucci Haus building in Hamburg and Urban Outfitters has leased 15,607 square feet in the Ludwigsplatz 1 building in Nuremberg.
