MINNEAPOLIS-Bigos Management is planning to construct approximately 350 apartments beside Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis. The Golden Valley-based company is intending to build 150 to 170 apartment units at 2622 Lake St. W. and add a six-story, 18-unit structure to the Calhoun Greenway apartment complex at 3140 Chowen Ave. S.

Bigos bought the 352-unit Calhoun Greenway complex in 2010 for $26.6 million. Minneapolis-based UrbanWorks Architecture is the architect for the Lake Street and Chowen Avenue projects. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
