NEW YORK CITY-The Carlyle Group is enlarging its investment operations at 520 Madison Ave. The Washington, DC-based firm is leasing another 23,411 square feet of space at the building from Tishman Speyer Properties.
With the new addition, Carlyle's total square footage at the Madison Avenue building has reached roughly 123,000 square feet. Brian Goldman, Dan Madison and Neil Goldmacher of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant, while Tishman Speyer had in-house representation in the lease deal.
