DALLAS-EmCare Inc. of Dallas is planning to relocate its headquarters from Comerica Bank Tower to the Galleria North Tower I in Dallas. The firm has inked a 10-year lease for 82,972 square feet of space at Galleria North Tower I.

The company will take the space in the building located at 13737 Noel Road in two phases. Jones Lang LaSalle's Carl Ewert represented EmCare and Cassidy Turley represented owner Franklin St. Properties in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
