KANSAS CITY, MO-A Kansas City Council committee will consider resolutions related to a residential and commercial development between the Westport neighborhood and Main Street. A group of developers working under the name UC1 LLC is planning for a two-acre project.
The first phase of the project will have a restaurant franchise adjacent to the Little Egypt Cafe and the second phase will include a 118-unit apartment complex and parking garage.
