NEW YORK CITY-HealthCare Chaplaincy is preparing to leave its present headquarters building on East 60th Street for a 16-story building it is planning to construct on South Street.

NEW YORK CITY-HealthCare Chaplaincy is preparing to leave its present headquarters building on East 60th Street for a 16-story building it is planning to construct on South Street. The nonprofit is putting its six-story building at 307 E. 60th St. for sale with an asking price of $8.5 million.

HealthCare Chaplaincy has maintained Massey Knakal Realty Services to market the 14,000-square-foot property. The nonprofit is in contract to buy two buildings and a parking lot on South Street for its new location. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
