
NEW YORK CITY-Steven Alan is opening its fifth Manhattan outpost in Chelsea's art district. The retailer has leased 2,600 square feet of space at 144 10th Ave., on West 19th Street for 10 years.
The asking price for the leased space was $99 per square foot. Steven Alan will open the new location in early summer. McDevitt Co. broker Keith Fencl represented Steven Alan and Walker Malloy & Co. broker Rafe Evans represented Highline 19, the landlord, in the lease deal.
