PLANTATION, FL-Stiles is building a new mixed-use development in Plantation. The developer will build a new apartment community and redevelop a neighboring retail segment in the Midtown District in the greater Fort Lauderdale area.
The gated community, One Plantation, will contain 321 units in two 12-story buildings on an approximately six-acre site bought in 2004. Stiles is developing the apartment complex with Prudential Real Estate Investors. PNC Bank has already provided $40.6 million in construction loan for the project.
