NEW YORK CITY-A British technology firm and a nonprofit have signed lease deals for 12,400 square feet of space at 7 World Trade Center. London-based Telemetry has signed a seven-year, 5,400-square-foot lease and Casey Family Services has inked a six-year, 7,000-square-foot lease at the 52-story tower.

Asking rent was $70 per square foot. Silverstein Properties is the owner of 7 World Trade Center. CBRE Group Inc. represented both the tenants and the landlord in the lease deals. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
