DALLAS-The Dallas Business Journal is relocating from North Central Plaza III to Chateau Plaza in Uptown this summer.

DALLAS-The Dallas Business Journal is relocating from North Central Plaza III to Chateau Plaza in Uptown this summer. The publication has leased 8,476 square feet of office space in Chateau Plaza at 2515 McKinney Ave. from Chateau Plaza Holdings LP.

Chase Monroe and Calvin Hull from Jones Lang LaSalle and Mike Wyatt from Cushman & Wakefield represented the DBJ, while Sarah Payne Erickson and Tommy Nelson from Stream Realty Partners LP represented Chateau Plaza Holdings in the lease transaction.
