EL DORADO, KS-Contractors are moving forward with two large-scale projects on a parcel of land near the main campus of Butler Community College in El Dorado. A $9.2-million student housing complex is slated to open before the 2012-2013 academic year.
Members of Grubb & Ellis Martens Commercial Group Inc. collaborated with Butler representatives to fix a location for the 192-bed complex, known as The Villas at Butler Community College.
