DURHAM, NC-Construction has started on a building that will create Diamond View III at the campus of American Tobacco in Durham. The Diamond View building will include restaurants and offices and will add 130,000 square feet to the project.
Diamond View III will be situated closer to the Durham Performing Arts Center and the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The development is scheduled to be completed by Q2 2013. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
